What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks makes our company's directory, policy list, documentations, calendar, and benefits packages accessible from a single platform. Because of this, I no longer have to deal with logging into multiple portals, which is common in large businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Justworks' customer service is slow and there are times when I think they don't even know how to help. There was an instance when I wanted to manage our company's membership that Justworks partners with. The price per month is $15 via the software's portal. However, since we already have a subscription with the gym, we enjoy a lower monthly price. Still, the representative asked me if we wanted to credit $15 to our account. It is an issue that we never managed to fully resolve. Other than that, it would be great if Justworks organizes the directory in a hierarchical manner for us to have a better view of the company structure.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Justworks, I can easily access important documentation. It has also enabled our company to operate seamlessly even with a small number of employees both in the US and in other countries.
