What are the best aspects of this product?

The most notable thing about Justworks is its customer support. We can reach them through different means such as phone, Slack, and chat around the clock. The platform is something to gush about too since it is very intuitive and our employees do not have difficulties using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Justworks should provide more options for HR reporting. It should also improve its capability to compute monthly allowances in payroll because at the moment, we have to do it manually and it leads to plenty of errors. These are things that should already be standard in the software but Justworks fail at these.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Justworks, our company has been able to oversee PTO better and ensured that accruals are up to date and accurate. It has given us cheaper rates for benefits too so we are able to continue providing them to our employees with ease, especially when it comes to health insurance.
