Better than many HR solutions

What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks is robust with functionalities that make life easier for HR officers. Because it merges with several payment facilities, we can deposit our employees' salaries and always do so on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A major drawback is Justworks errs often which is a no-no when we're talking about salary. Also, it took us a long while before we could get comfortable with the interface. It was rather unfortunate that customer support was not prepared with sufficient know-how to address our needs as we feel they themselves were just starting to figure out how Justworks works.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Justworks exceeds our expectations based on our experience with previous HR management apps we have used. Primarily, it could provide performance insights and present them to give managers an overview of how the workforce is being utilized.
