What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks informs us promptly on new HR policies in our state. It notifies ahead of enforcement date, just enough time for us to prepare. It makes the necessary adjustments in its system for us to comply with new rules while still allowing us to experience the best of what the platform offers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform still has so much room for improvement overall. One aspect off the top of my head is integration. What's worse is customer support isn't easily contactable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Filing leaves and checking on your latest paystubs are made easy. Plus, Justworks comes with a lot of benefits that are not easy to source like dental and medical benefits.
