What are the best aspects of this product?
Accessing and managing documents become seamless with this tool, allowing us to begin and finish tasks fast and easy. Just like in the aspect of employee on-boarding, JustWorks helps us save time and makes the process much faster than before. Our employees love the simplicity of this tool, as they only need to log-in and the documents they need are directly presented without anyone’s help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is good, but there’s something they need to work on. The problem is once the document is submitted in the system, it doesn’t allow us to modify the data easily. Ever since we use JustWorks, this has become a painful problem for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Staying on top of leave requests and tracking employee working days in a month or a year become much easier with JustWorks.
