What are the best aspects of this product?

What keeps us in Justworks is not only its user-friendly interface but, more so, the hardworking manager handling our account. She was very responsive and was knowledgeable enough to help us with several issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This would be our perfect HR solution if it allowed the integration of other platforms. Our company uses Slack and it's a disappointment that they can't merge. This makes or breaks our continuity with Justworks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Justworks satisfy our needs in managing our employees’ benefits and payroll. We can do so very smoothly with employees likewise seeing zero difficulties in accessing info on their hours and performance.
