What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks is a reliable platform and I know that I can count on them in any situation. They have helped us resolve numerous problems--and even when errors occur in their part, they are quick to apologize and to mitigate them. This gives them a human feel and they make my job better because of that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software's time tracking tool needs work because it does not meet the rigorous demands of our business. Justworks should also think about having more types of leaves built-in into the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

From payroll to benefits, Justworks has given us a huge helping hand. Since I am the lone administrator in a moderately sized company, it is advantageous that I can do many things in a single platform.
