Justworks digitizes storage and inputting of all employee data. It works great for both employees and HR officers in terms of accessing critical information such as hours worked. It establishes transparency in the system and prevents disputes between employees and HR.

Justworks is lacking a mechanism to limit paid time off so employees would exceed what was allowable.
