
What are the best aspects of this product?
The call quality is awesome, I love that it keeps track of previous conversations as well. Customer support is the highlight though. In the past I've tried dealing with the support teams at Skype and Zoom Phone and it's a disaster. It was so refreshing to talk to Suraj in the JustTalk support team. He went above and beyond what a typical support agent would do, and I walked away from the call thinking 'wow, what an awesome guy.' If management is reading this - you have a star here!
