What are the best aspects of this product?
Support is fast, usually get a response within a few minutes at any time of day. They got our numbers ported from Aircall quickly, when their competitor Cloudtalk wasted a month and wouldn't port our numbers.
Call quality is great, voicemails get sent to email and price is very cheap compared to Aircall and others. I thought maybe call quality and support would be bad due to how low their pricing is, but actually both are better than Aircall at a fraction of the price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like Aircall's UI more on their website and App, its more refined and shiny.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better UI. Their UI is not bad, its just not as pleasant to look at as Aircall in my opinion
