JustCall also integrates perfectly with Zoho. It can record conversations. It can keep records in a customer card. It's also accessible through mobile. They also have the best and the most dedicated customer support staff who will go for miles just to make sure that you get the best service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues here!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have accurate information because of the recorded conversations. We were also able to increase the number of our outgoing calls without it stressing us. The automatic recording really saves us a lot of time.
