What are the best aspects of this product?
JustCall is a user-friendly app that allows its users to call or send SMS to anyone overseas. Their customer support staff is really professional and highly commendable. They are able to resolve any of our problems right away.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile app can still be improved. It's not as intuitive and easy to navigate like its desktop version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It improves all our communications with our partners and clients.
