What are the best aspects of this product?

There is a lot to love about JustCall but the best thing about it is their highly professional and helpful tech support! I have no complaints! They always do their job perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could improve their mobile app. I am always having a connectivity issue because for it to work, you have to be connected to the internet. I wish it could function as a cellular phone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a better way to track and return calls and test messages! Our sales reps can also review their calls because of the recording. Reviewing these helps them improve their performance which also increases our sales!
