Able to direct calls to mobile phones & pick up the phone from anywhere & the option to keep it under "Hibernation" at minimal cost without losing the number.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Billing could be pushed to email as a reminder that there has been a charge & user interface can be improved, such as easily finding the phone availability scheduling & automated messaging ability.
