What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how easy it is to manage freelancers with the help of this platform. From onboarding new freelancers, storing and accessing important documents or information, to generating invoices and making sure that freelancers are paid on time, it got all tools we need to do those tasks with ease. Also, I love how Kalo team has made sure that our specific needs as an international organization were met. This tool, generally, has changed the way we work with our freelancers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when it’s hard to communicate with Kalo team. Some of their responses to our queries were quite far from what we’re actually looking for. Probably they were just too busy and have no time to fully read the messages we’ve sent. But overall, the team is responsive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking for a tool that can make freelance managing and invoice generation easier and found this software. It’s performing great and really effective in streamlining the said processes. It has eliminated the need for many different software for various tasks. We now only need this software to manage our freelance team, access all information, and many more which is very convenient.
