What are the best aspects of this product?

The Kalo team was amazing! They are very supportive, willing to help, and ensure that our business needs are met. The platform itself is also incredible. It automates some of our processes, helps us become more efficient and transparent, and effectively oversee the projects that our freelancers are working on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software is a bit lacking. Our freelancers who tried to use this told us that the solution does not have enough features to help them sell themselves. Also, the solution is U.S oriented. There are many limitations. Hopefully, they make adjustments and make the solution better so it could adapt to the needs of the ever changing and complicated freelance world.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We become more efficient in terms of hiring as well as managing freelancers. It gave us full control and visibility over who does what and when it will be finished. It has also helped us standardize information and remain compliant.
