What are the best aspects of this product?

Assigning tasks to my freelance writers has been easier and more organized. My work has become easier this month and hopefully the improvement continues to the upcoming months with the help of this software. Also, this tool is helping me stay within my budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think there are cons of using this platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to communicate and assign write ups to my writers seamlessly and easily. It's much better than using email to communicate with them.
