PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has everything we need to manage our freelancers and clients. Specifically, I like its onboarding module. We are able to present all the information and important documents to our new freelancers with ease. I also like to ability to store and access all data including financial information in one location. It’s pretty convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are occasional system glitches. But whenever a problem arises, their customer support team is always within reach and fixes the issue as fast as they can (depends on the severity of the issue). I like how attentive the team is to our concerns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is quite hard and demanding to work with freelancers. We’re not in the same office and cannot give them instructions, tasks, or payments in person, etc. But with the help of Kalo, this job has become way easier than before. It has all the data my organization requires to effectively communicate with the freelancers. We can easily set tasks for them. And whenever they finish their task, the system automatically generates invoices. It has been helpful in boosting the efficiency of our finance team. They don’t need to check approval anymore.
