What are the best aspects of this product?

A steep learning curve is one of the common concerns when purchasing a new system. With Kalo, however, this isn't a problem. The solution is straightforward and simple. I'm able to find my way around with ease. Now I'm using it to manage contractors and it's pretty awesome and effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I haven't encountered any major issue that could be a downside of using this solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to efficiently and quickly manage many freelancers working on several different projects. Also, it has been a huge help in making sure the freelancers always recieve their payments on time.
