Kalo is a great tool to use to manage clients and freelancers

What are the best aspects of this product?

This solution has eliminated the need for unnecessary documentation, lots of Google sheets, PayPal and a separate tool to work with clients. We are now able to manage our freelancers as well as clients from one platform, making the life of our finance and editorial team way easier than before. We also become more organized since using this tool. Most importantly, our freelancers are happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting options are limited. It would be nice if they would add more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has solved the problem related to using several different tools and application to work with clients and freelancers. With Kalo, we are able to bring all of our contributors in a single place. All information is
stored and accessible from a single location. Keeping track of payments has also become easier.
