What are the best aspects of this product?
I use Kampyle for 6 year now. I use it mainly as a monitoring tool for a website feedback. It's a very user friendly platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is that the price is based on relationship instead of the features and attributes of the service. For e.g. if the organization doesn’t have the “in” it could be discouraged by this aspect of service. Thankfully, this worked out well for me because my previous employer had powerful relationship with the whole team.
