What are the best aspects of this product?
Three things mostly: Awesome integration with Google Drive where employees share dashboards between each other, impressive color banners for labeling a card's status, and most of all the rich checklists one could create in order to estimate the applicability of certain tasks to more than one project, and compare it to the other tasks likewise.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is not the most important thing in a project management app, but I would still prefer a more appealing one. Dates, attachments, and other card elements should look nicer, or eventually be rearanged in a more logical way. It also makes the system a bit impractical for making notes, since comments are saved on the bottom, and changing the description is obviously not an option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was completely overwhelmed by projects, relying on my exhausted mind to know where we stand with each of them, and the tasks we had. Switching mental gears each time an offer arrived to bid on a prospective project, or to appoint an employee to quit what he is doing and to take over my work was just painful. I wanted to gather all work in one place, and to rely on the fact that employees know what they are about to do. It made life so easier!
