PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I manage appx 50 projects at a time and always struggled with an easy way to do so online. I need to communicate with others on some projects and I need to be able to see at a glance anything that needs my attention. KanBanFlow makes this easy to do through color coding, scheduling and task assignments

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I am so satisfied, I haven't found any problems with it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A feature I'd like to see would be a way to organize each task within a column. I assign a job number to every task/project and it would be helpful for each column to automatically put them in subsequent order, either alpha or numeric, but since there arren't too many per column, we just do it automatically and if we cannot find something easily, the search tool works like a charm.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously I had been creating job tickets for every project, and then moving them from one file to another in a desk drawer. In other words from Quote/proposal, to In Progress or To Be Billed, Awaiting for Payment etc. and we never really knew where any paper was at any one time without shuffling thru each folder. We are now so organized because we set up each column in KanBan to match our filing system and then we actually stopped using the paper altogether, so I am now paperless, more organized, efficient and happier and I save money because my assistant isn't wasting much of her time looking for things; its just there. :)
