It offers the best solutions to project management tasks. Apart from it being useful and easy to use, you can implement you project using this product. It has received a lot of recommendations from my workmates and which has improved my confidence in the use of the tool. When it comes to project management and the best tool for the job, then Kanzen beats all. It helps solve problems that relate to project management and thus you can have a smooth transition in the use of the product in managing your projects and team members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it has many solutions to problems that face project managers and teams, it has a deficiency in terms of how data is arranged. It would be better if the developers of this tool provided a better arrangement of data that will help users find it easy to navigate the tool. This would help it to satisfy the dynamic needs of project management in business as at the moment it does not offer such flexibility to the users. With the data arrangement problems, it can be difficult for a new user to get started in terms of implementing Kanzen into their projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we deal with procurement work, it is difficult to manage all that if you do not have the right system to pull that off. Luckily, we have Kanzen to help us out with the difficult part of management. We can now undertake multiple projects without the need to hire more resources and labor which is cost effective on our part. The idea is to make the procurement management for those projects smooth and this tool has come through for us in a big way. Our problems are thus handled which means we can become more productive in the end.
