Pros: It helps improve how well you manage your projects by offering reliable features to keep your projects on track. With the Kanzen tool, you are able to access or pull out your workflow on the dashboard so that you can know where you are with the project. Since you will be working as a team, you need to know where all other team members are with the tasks they have been assigned. It provides analytics features such as lead and cycle time diagrams and charts to help you view the milestones and due date of the project. With such visibility, you will be able to monitor the time and tasks within the project and prioritize where necessary.
Cons: Despite it being a reliable tool for project management, there are few drawbacks that need addressing. First, for the security aspect, you project and plan for that project can be accessed externally which gives it the unnecessary exposure. This means that, if you are undertaking a businesswise project, your competitor can have access to that project. However, they have included some security protocols or settings which will help you protect the access of your project or data by unauthorized persons. Also, when changes are made to a task, all users receive the notifications even when they are not the ones assigned to that task. This can be frustrating and confusing. It would be nice if there was a way to customize those notifications such that they are sent to users who are undertaking them.

Pros: When working on a project, it is easy to stay in touch with other team members. Everyone is assigned a task which means that it is impossible to repeat tasks. With such form of collaboration, projects can be completed within the deadline. It is an easy tool to use which means that we can get acquainted with its features and thus stay on the same pages all through. We can plan and execute in terms of time management and knowing who is doing what in the project. Apart from that it allows me to monitor the progress of the project by checking when a task is due in real time.
Cons: It is very difficult to find something I did not like about this product. The way it guided us in managing education projects, it was great. The features are easy to use and it has an intuitive interface. When it comes to time management, I was able to do so without much effort in a project. Our team was able to collaborate with ease in terms of finding a common direction and eliminating repetition of tasks. Each team member was able to perform the tasks they were given within the time allocated. In short, I did not find anything I disliked about this product.
