It provides analytics features such as lead and cycle time diagrams and charts to help you view the milestones and due date of the project. With such visibility, you will be able to monitor the time and tasks within the project and prioritize where necessary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite it being a reliable tool for project management, there are few drawbacks that need addressing. First, for the security aspect, you project and plan for that project can be accessed externally which gives it the unnecessary exposure. This means that, if you are undertaking a businesswise project, your competitor can have access to that project. However, they have included some security protocols or settings which will help you protect the access of your project or data by unauthorized persons. Also, when changes are made to a task, all users receive the notifications even when they are not the ones assigned to that task. This can be frustrating and confusing. It would be nice if there was a way to customize those notifications such that they are sent to users who are undertaking them.

We can now beat deadlines and eliminate delays in terms of deliverables. When it comes to project management, you must have a team who undertakes different tasks within the project. Managing such a team can be an uphill task but thanks to Kanzen we can achieve this with minimum effort. Since our projects run at the same time, it is easy for our team members to communicate and collaborate within the same platform and work towards the success of the project. Also, you can assign them access rights to the tasks they have been assigned to for efficiency. With such flexibility, we can now achieve different project objectives, which is good for business.
