What are the best aspects of this product?

They do help generate reviews but you could do this just as well through Survey Monkey and then requesting the reviewers post to social media

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Horribly slow response times, failure to fix even then simplest problems, etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Good customer service, ease of use, lower cost. It's not worth what you pay for it.
