What are the best aspects of this product?
Customer support is polite and apologetic. Initial setup was easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Limited customization, long delays in tech support solutions (ex: credit card collection had not worked for weeks despite tech support “working on it.”) There are glitches where the patient demographics and payment details will not copy into the practice management program and have to be manually updated.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better interfacing with the telemedicine feature, less clumsy e-prescribing of controlled substances, less redundant data entry
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. Switching to this program actually turned away established patients and impeded daily clinic functioning until we gave up and started using another program after several months of the experience getting worse! Kareo will not let you out of a contract even when they are unable to provide the service you are paying for (specifically unable to collect payment for weeks!)
