What are the best aspects of this product?
None- I couldn't even get in to use if before writing this evaluation
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their sales people withheld information and made false promises to get me to sign on. It turns out they are not compatible with MACs. They also have not given me access to products I have signed up for but are advising me that despite their not being able give me an estimate as to when they will get access. Their customer service people always defer to email address and I have not gotten a response. There is no communication between their staff within and between departments as well as with the customer.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I don't want anything to do with this product- I regret wasting time and energy trying to get it.

None- this company has created more problems for me and solved nothing.
