What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing at all, I hate every time I open this software and have to waste my time using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its complex to use, you have to swap screens all the time, and the functions are so basic. They also almost never improve the software (i've been with them 7 years).
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Them closing down which will force me to find better software.

It just created problems.
