What are the best aspects of this product?

As I am operating a relatively small business, I needed a system that is affordable and provides all the functions I need. Kashoo was able to give me all that. It is very easy to use even if I am not familiar with accounting. It is also the cheapest alternative out there. Furthermore, since I have to deal with clients that have different currencies, Kashoo was able to help me navigate this as they also have the best customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have much to dislike about Kashoo. It has met almost all of my needs and their team is also very supportive. They've never let me down whenever I experience any difficulties.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since I travel a lot, Kashoo's cloud-based feature is a great help as I can manage my accounting almost anywhere. I am also pleased that I could use it across multiple currencies.
