What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Kashoo for many years now. From the start, it has been a very convenient system as it does not cost much and is cloud-based. I have 3 personnel who have access to Kashoo and they are all in different locations, so the cloud-based feature of Kashoo is a great help for us. It is also very easy to use so despite not having much background in accounting, I was able to use it without any problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that in time we can change the outgoing email content for the invoices so we can personalize it per client. This way, the message can also reflect our business. There are also times when the bank Recs do not automatically load, so I have to manually add them one by one. This takes me some time so it can be inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to track and organize invoices is a great help for us. Confusion and errors are avoided because of this function. Bank Reconciliation is also a great feature that helped greatly as I don't have to spend hours checking over lines of paper just to see if our balances match up.
