What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is simple and self-explanatory. From the on-set, you can already see the main categories: sell, make, buy, stock, items, contacts, and settings. You can also keep track of the status of your order as it is color-coded. Assigning tasks to other co-workers is also smoother as you can see which tasks are assigned to whom.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price is quite high, especially for small companies. I hope they can offer a lower rate for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our data management and exchange improved greatly because we were able to move away from using complicated and error-prone excel sheets.
