Great for a corporate environment

What are the best aspects of this product?

The great thing about this is that using it has resulted in our HR procedures and process to move along in a quick and easy manner. I found the My Team section to be really useful since it allowed me to have a quick and easy overview of the people that I am handling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any problems with it now, but I do admit that there was a bit of a learning curve when I was trying to do the process for adjusting the attendance log. Maybe they could further simplify this in future versions?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software has really simplified our processes. Making announcements, giving leaves, or even opening up a new user account was such a complicated thing to do so having this software make everything so much simpler is a really big deal.
