What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers the utmost visibility to know how much you are spending in your campaigns plus your budget. This means that you will be able control what you spend in paid search ads and keep that spending within the budget. This is made possible to through the critical tracking of campaigns while maximizing on campaigns with the highest rerun on investment. It helps you to audit the performance of your campaigns and generate reports to discuss with your team. As such, you will be able to know which areas to make changes so that the less performing campaigns can pick up with speed. The bidding functionality is also cutting edge and offers a great platform on which you can easily bid and become active in managing your campaigns on a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although a great tool, I feel that it can be complex at times. It has too many features where it can be difficult or confusing to find the feature that you want from the interface. It would be nice if they could make all the features to be easily accessible to users whenever they want. The bidding feature is impressive for users to bid without much hustle. However, they only allow a single bid profile for a single account. Since we run both search and shopping campaigns, we are forced to have 2 bidding profile for the 2 accounts which can be cumbersome and hence not that reliable. It would be better if they allowed more than 1 bidding profile for a single account. Also, the analysis grid is separate from the product which makes it difficult to handle high volumes of accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped me to manage campaigns for clients in an effective manner. He spending vs. the budget you have set aside for your campaigns is a critical aspect to track. Kenshoo helps us to manage all that while we are able to determine the percentage of the budget we have spent every month. With such kind of close monitoring you will be able to notify the client or inform them whenever you feel that they are going overboard. It helps to control overspending when it comes to your paid search campaigns. With Kenshoo I have become more productive in terms of managing campaigns for clients in a more efficient manner.
