What are the best aspects of this product?
It is an all-round tool when it comes to managing your accounts. When you want to pull data based on the metrics of how each of the campaign is performing, you can do so with ease. The fact that it integrates with Google Analytics makes it very easy to pull those metrics and customize them in a way that you target the right keywords and audience in order to drive traffic. It also helps you to create campaigns own Facebook and compare with other campaigns across multiple channels. It is possible to view all those campaigns from a single platform which adds to the efficiency that comes with this product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is obvious that every product out there in the market will have a few glitches. No product is perfect and it is the same case with Kenshoo. We use Facebook a lot in terms of our marketing campaigns to drive traffic and convert. It is a good thing that Kenshoo integrates well with that platform which is a plus on our side. However, due to unexplained circumstances, we have been having some temporal glitches that deter us from making any changes to our campaigns on Facebook. It could be the fault of Facebook rather than Kenshoo since they have made changes on their platform to bring about such a glitch. All in all, we are happy with the highly responsive customer support by Kenshoo team.

It has allowed us to act fast and make changes whenever we feel it is in the best interest of our campaigns. With the Facebook and Google Analytics in play, we are able to combine all those metrics from the two and merge them to make the necessary changes to our campaigns. it allow for ease of customization where we can optimize the campaigns we are running based on the reports we have pulled up. Sing Kenshoo has become a great thing for the success of our campaigns. We are able to keep track of the budget by monitoring the spending closely in our campaigns. This way, we make sure that we do not go beyond the set budget which is an invaluable asset.
