What are the best aspects of this product?
It has comprehensive functionalities that make it a powerful tool. With Kenshoo, it is easy to take from multiple platforms and integrate it into one place. By so doing, you will be able to analyze it with ease and make a decision on where to make changes and where to take your marketing campaigns. With features such as bulk edits, scheduling, labeling, and filtering, you will be able to customize and manage your accounts with ease. It advocates for teamwork where you can include multiple users to join the platform, generate reports based on different campaigns and share with other users. As such, you will be able to brainstorm based on the reports generated on what to do next.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has a few things that I did not like about it. When it comes to pulling data for keyword reports, it limits you in terms of the timeline. You cannot download or view data for the past 3 or 4 months for the keywords used. This seems to be a great drawback on our part as we are unable to download data on keywords report for the past year as it is designed to do so for only a few months. Also, the ad feature is not that reliable for analyzing different ads that we have used in the past and their impact in terms of driving traffic. This is because it only downloads the date and not the statistics which we are interested in. It would also be nice if it integrated with Yahoo Gemini since it is a powerful and trending ad platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has allowed us to accomplish a lot in terms of managing and keeping track of all the paid search ads. With the need for quality and complete data analysis tools, Kenshoo has come out as a winner. It offers complete and powerful data analysis capabilities which enable us to know and predict what we want. For example, we are able to predict the performance of a paid search ad before we implement it into our campaign. This is made possible through the analysis of the past data and keywords which reflects on our objectives. Kenshoo has become a reliable tool for the daily accounts management through the multiple ad channels we have. In the end we are able to get a high return on investment (ROI).
