What are the best aspects of this product?
It has a many good things in store to offer for managing your campaigns. To start things off, there is the ability to quickly create campaigns. The editor plays a huge role in this as you will be able to create campaigns that bring results and determine how those results will be prior to creating it. Apart from that, the editor makes quick work of the bulk upload into the system. You do not have to deal with bulk sheets as the editor functionality helps you to copy and upload the changes in bulk on the go. For the advanced search, it gives you the ability to filter what you do not want and remain with what you want. It is one of the most prominent features that Kenshoo has and makes it easy and quick to make changes where you want.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It seems to have problems with updating the data feed. It can be frustrating when you want to see data feed for today so that you can easily manage or check how your campaigns are doing however, it only shows data for the day before which means that have to go an extra mile in order to pull the current data feed. I opt to go tofu the search engines to see which data is for today. It would be nice if the developers of this tool could make those changes and help users to see data in real time for efficiency in the use of Kenshoo.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously, it was not possible for Kenshoo to integrate with Google Analytics. This meant that all clients who were using Google Analytics could not use Kenshoo hand in hand. However, with the recent upgrades of the tool, it has become compatible with Google Analytics and I can now work on clients’ projects who have since switched to Google Analytics. It is with that you will be able to track the conversation rate of your campaigns without much hustle. Kenshoo has become a go-to-go tool when it comes to effectively managing your campaign. You can edit or make changes however you want using the editor and advanced search functionalities.
