PROS: It’s flexibility. Adzerk is a custom ad operations dream. It can be used is a more traditional fashion as well as in very custom ways. We have yet found a custom native ad type we could dream up that we couldn’t implement with Adzerk.
CONS: Some of the subtleties of the admin UI could be a touch better.
The least favorable review
PROS: Adzerk Decision API response times make ad decision/rendering quickly. As a Cost Per Action Ad delivery model, its imperative for us to show ads quickly as fast as page content. The ease of setting up ad targeting, defining goals, custom keywords etc... are very well laid out with clear documentation and excellent support.
CONS: Management API can be a bit more fault tolerant. It seldom errors out, when ads are indexed in volume at a faster rate.

PROS: Adzerk APIs are easy to use and very well documented. They are also fast and very flexible; we could easily adjust Adzerk to fit the behavior of some old platforms we were migrating from. The Decision API (aka Ads Request API) is fast and responsive. Adzerk features are simple, yet complete enough that you can make them fit pretty much any use case. Adzerk supports was tremendous; during development we were litterally live-chatting questions to Adzerk\'s engineers on a daily basis.
CONS: Some features are beta; they are clearly labeled as-it but it can be a bit chilling to develop huge systems that rely on them (but no problem so far!). The general quality of the APIs is quite good; only improvement I can think of are: - Some fields missing from reports (e.g. custom targeting) had us rethink our initial design. - The management APIs is good but is a tad too slow to be called before ads requests. It would have been a killer feature for us.

PROS: AdZerk is setup to be an agile and independent solution to various ad serving challenges. They have a robust and well documented API library allowing for an almost unlimited array of custom ad serving options for custom applications that we have found to be extremely turn key for us in skipping right to solving our own challenges and not having to reinvest the wheel on ad server functionality.
CONS: Some aspects of the reporting and conversion tracking within the UI could be better, but they are really just a stop gap until we employ the full breadth of the management and reporting APIs.
