KeyVision is our long lasting companion in activity monitoring, billing and litigation & insolvency management. KeyVisionPRO implemented this year was a very nice surprise. It stands on the sturdy pillars we were happy and familiar with, but brings on a refreshed look and exciting new features. The software automatically organizes our to- do lists, calendar and our daily, monthly and yearly reports on activity. Also, gives us heads up with clear overviews on personal and team efficiency on projects, clients or types of activity. It is an extremely useful tool for billing and preparing judicial expenses reports and proofs. The system integrated with the courts’ portal and insolvency publications significantly alleviated the monitoring repetitive burden. We get the relevant notifications on e-mail. Also, each file gets its own entry with full reports on hearings, documents, notes and comments from the team, accessible in real-time. The chat with the support team makes it very easy to get in touch with them for any questions and suggestions, as the software benefits from customisation on request from access levels to features available.
