What are the best aspects of this product?
I appreciate the excellent customer support they provide. The vendor listens keenly to customer feedback and constantly adds new features to improve the system. The app is very reliable as there is negligible downtime. We use Kickserv to run our plumbing business smoothly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a minor issue with Quickbooks Online sync where contact names are repeated on the invoices. I wish the app offered real time GPS for technicians. I understand the vendor is working on these issues and will rectify them shortly.

We use Kickserv to keep track of our technicans’ work without needing to contact them. We get useful info from various fields for job descriptions, time tracking, notes, etc. and this resource helps us stay updated on what happens with each job and customer.
