Kickserv is a SaaS CRM designed for simplicity to let your employees stay focus learning sales opportunities and customer needs, not on how to use the tool. PROS: The following are plus points: Open API that allows us to develop our own code to integrate with the cloud-based app, it offers all that we need, consistent development of product, affordable subscription and credit card processing charge through Stripe, Integration with Quickbooks and Google Maps, friendly and helpful support agents, and finally, well-designed cloud-based service management program.

CONS: The following are minus points: Rigid automatic event triggers – you can use the API to add these features, no inventory/location management, no offline mode, slow internet connection can affect the cloud-based system. I use VB and MS Access to automate many things. I suffered a major problem when a Quickbooks file got corrupted, so take care to take a backp of your Quickbooks files after each sync. I recommend you to use Quickbooks Online.

CONS: The vendor should develop the app for use on mobile devices. The mobile site is not easily navigable when you access it on your mobile phone. The website also has issues now and then and these are especially annoying when they happen during business hours.

PROS: Out of all the CRMs I've encountered, Kickserv might be the most efficient. It's very user-friendly, helpful in attracting as well as keeping clients, and handy for doing regular follow-up activities. Also, the product's 14-day free trial aids us to develop better. One function that I find really useful is the calendar option because it enables me to always be on top of everything with only a single glance.

CONS: We find that the product's mobile version is quite slow. The support seems tedious and highly irregular as well. There are also very limited options for customizing reports and there are various instances when the given updates seem inefficient.

PROS: I appreciate the excellent customer support they provide. The vendor listens keenly to customer feedback and constantly adds new features to improve the system. The app is very reliable as there is negligible downtime. We use Kickserv to run our plumbing business smoothly.

CONS: There is a minor issue with Quickbooks Online sync where contact names are repeated on the invoices. I wish the app offered real time GPS for technicians. I understand the vendor is working on these issues and will rectify them shortly.

PROS: I love that Kickserv is so easy to use. It is simple to create invoices, estimates, and customers. I can schedule jobs, employee time off and other calendar events easily. The estimate approval process is a big benefit as is the QuickBooks integration. Kickserv has become an indispensable tool for us.

CONS: A major drawback is there is no iOS app and the mobile site is more complex to navigate compared to the desktop version. Another glitch is the charge type is not displayed on invoices and estimates. It would be great to show whether the charge is per pound or each.

PROS: I was able to take this tool on a test-drive for as long as 15 days. We decided to subscribe to it because it offers a reliable platform to which we can manage our business (especially when it comes to sending out invoices) as well as our customers.

CONS: Their customer service reps are quite slow to respond whenever we file for bugs and issues. Also, this tool works best on a PC. I would not recommend you to use this on your mobile as it can be quite slow.

PROS: This tool is every manager’s dream. Not only does it help you stay on top of your work processes, but it also helps you establish a bond with your customers too. The interface is very easy to understand, and it integrates smoothly with all the other platforms that I manage. Now with all of my data synced smoothly across all platforms, I can confidently manage my business online. To top this all off, my workers on the field can communicate better with my staff here at the office.

CONS: I have nothing but positive feedback for this tool. All of its features are well utilized in my company.

PROS: The software seems difficult initially, but as you use it for a sales cycle you understand that the vendor has done a good job. We are a service business and I love the user-friendly interface as well as easy scheduling and dispatching. The best part of the software is it is easy to follow the information flow from the beginning to the end of a sales cycle.

CONS: The major drawback is the software lacks search fields and reports. I wish I had the ability to search more fields and generate more reports.

PROS: Before, our staff suffers from a lack of organization when carrying out their individual works and it was disastrous. But when we started using Kickserv, many things have changed for the better and we were able to achieve more. The system for online payment, for example, is really excellent. Right now, this product is a must-have tool for us when working on a problem.

CONS: There is nothing about this software that we could complain about because it has done wonders for our company. Thanks to this, we have attracted a lot of good clients and are receiving great feedback from them as well.

PROS: This application is very easy to use that our company didn't have any trouble quickly adapting to it. Since we started using Kickserv, we were able to carry out every registration within the company which provides us with a lot of control over the information regarding our business and our clients. And with the various billing options it offers, our company can serve our customers better.

CONS: Perhaps the only criticism we can point out for this product is that when we tried its mobile version, it's not as capable and efficient compared to when using it on desktop. It would be truly amazing if we can use an optimized mobile app since it would allow both our clients and our staff to save a lot of time.

PROS: I like that our customers can communicate with us easily using the app. I own a small company and use Kickserv to store customer info and schedule appointment for service or estimate. Email is an important part of my work. After I schedule an appointment, the system notifies the customer 24 hours before the appointment. It sends me my appointment schedule for the day at 6 am and also sends me an alert an hour before an appointment. The same goes for all employees I add to the program.

CONS: The only drawback is we have to manually input customer info. It’s hard to get a customer’s email as they don’t like to divulge this info. I wish the system sent an email to the customer at the end of the day about a newly scheduled appointment and the appointment time and date. I have to go outside the system to send this email.

PROS: I like that Kickserv is easy to use and accessible. Our technicians use it in the field to update info using their mobile device. We can see the changes they make instantly in the office. We can update the details of the job and they can see it in the field immediately. The app is great for our business as it helps us to stay updated on all jobs, keeps everyone in the loop, and provides a good overview of our business. It stores all the info we need in a single place and we don’t have to re-enter a part number or contact. All these details are added to the job.

CONS: Sometimes, the website goes down but the customer support agents inform us about the issue and quickly resolve it. I wish we could add our own templates and edit them. Right now, we have to use Kickserv’s templates and they don’t look professional. Finally, technicians find it hard to use the mobile app. They prefer using the website on their mobile devices.

PROS: I love that Kickserv is easy to use and adapt for our business. There are multiple customization options. We invested in this system to keep estimates away from the books. The solution integrates easily with Quickbooks Online Plus which saves me the time I was spending on double entry.

CONS: My big grouse is Kickserv is not offered for truck fleet management. It’d be wonderful if we could integrate the solution with Mitchell fleet maintenance concepts. Another drawback is you have to use the mouse a lot to work on the forms. This is an issue mainly on desktops and it doesn’t matter a lot if you use a mobile device.

PROS: We are an expanding small business and we were using multiple processes and software for our work. We found Kickserv on the net and haven’t looked back. The system delivers what we need and is very user friendly. Our employees have easily adapted to the software. We are based in the UK and we find Kickserv an apt choice for our work. The platform is easy to use and yet robust. The customer support is great and the solution saves us plenty of time that we now spend on more important tasks. I could keep singing the praises but have run out of space here.

CONS: We have just started using the software so I don’t have any major complaints.
