What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that our customers can communicate with us easily using the app. I own a small company and use Kickserv to store customer info and schedule appointment for service or estimate. Email is an important part of my work. After I schedule an appointment, the system notifies the customer 24 hours before the appointment. It sends me my appointment schedule for the day at 6 am and also sends me an alert an hour before an appointment. The same goes for all employees I add to the program.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only drawback is we have to manually input customer info. It’s hard to get a customer’s email as they don’t like to divulge this info. I wish the system sent an email to the customer at the end of the day about a newly scheduled appointment and the appointment time and date. I have to go outside the system to send this email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
To get the contact info of customers I installed a work request tab on my website. The customer fills out the info that I need to make Kickserv work effectively for me. The program helps to organize my work and ensures I don’t miss anything. In my company, I’m the installer, technician, estimator, and receptionist. Kickserv offers me all the features I need to manage my company single-handedly.
