What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the easy to use interface. All the CRM features and options are placed in a sensible manner. Everything is organized nicely which makes the software easy to navigate. On mobile devices, the icons are on the side which makes them easily accessible on the small screen.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vendor should develop the app for use on mobile devices. The mobile site is not easily navigable when you access it on your mobile phone. The website also has issues now and then and these are especially annoying when they happen during business hours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv has transformed our business. All employees can login to the system and view what is happening as well as check on work status anytime to stay updated.
