What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Kickserv is so easy to use. It is simple to create invoices, estimates, and customers. I can schedule jobs, employee time off and other calendar events easily. The estimate approval process is a big benefit as is the QuickBooks integration. Kickserv has become an indispensable tool for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A major drawback is there is no iOS app and the mobile site is more complex to navigate compared to the desktop version. Another glitch is the charge type is not displayed on invoices and estimates. It would be great to show whether the charge is per pound or each.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Kickserv helps us to resolve pains associated with scheduling, sending invoices and estimates, and CRM work. It is saving a lot of time for our employees.
