What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Kickserv is easy to use and accessible. Our technicians use it in the field to update info using their mobile device. We can see the changes they make instantly in the office. We can update the details of the job and they can see it in the field immediately. The app is great for our business as it helps us to stay updated on all jobs, keeps everyone in the loop, and provides a good overview of our business. It stores all the info we need in a single place and we don’t have to re-enter a part number or contact. All these details are added to the job.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, the website goes down but the customer support agents inform us about the issue and quickly resolve it. I wish we could add our own templates and edit them. Right now, we have to use Kickserv’s templates and they don’t look professional. Finally, technicians find it hard to use the mobile app. They prefer using the website on their mobile devices.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Kickserv has helped us to get rid of paperwork. Previously, we had issues with loose papers and our technicians were not submitting papers on time. Now, we don’t have to worry about misplaced papers as the technicians can update the system in the field and we have the info instantly.
