What are the best aspects of this product?

This application is very easy to use that our company didn't have any trouble quickly adapting to it. Since we started using Kickserv, we were able to carry out every registration within the company which provides us with a lot of control over the information regarding our business and our clients. And with the various billing options it offers, our company can serve our customers better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps the only criticism we can point out for this product is that when we tried its mobile version, it's not as capable and efficient compared to when using it on desktop. It would be truly amazing if we can use an optimized mobile app since it would allow both our clients and our staff to save a lot of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv is really helpful in keeping in touch with our customers since our records and files are now more organized. Also, we were able to quickly create and keep a lot of notes whenever needed. Ever since we started using this tool, we were able to attract more customers.
