What are the best aspects of this product?
The software seems difficult initially, but as you use it for a sales cycle you understand that the vendor has done a good job. We are a service business and I love the user-friendly interface as well as easy scheduling and dispatching. The best part of the software is it is easy to follow the information flow from the beginning to the end of a sales cycle.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The major drawback is the software lacks search fields and reports. I wish I had the ability to search more fields and generate more reports.

Kickserv offers a lot of benefits. We have resolved our business scheduling and dispatching concerns. It helps to track paid and unpaid jobs. I made more money as the software reminded me to call back clients. We’ve also got rid of paperwork by using the online application and resources while working in the field.
