What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Kickserv is easy to use and adapt for our business. There are multiple customization options. We invested in this system to keep estimates away from the books. The solution integrates easily with Quickbooks Online Plus which saves me the time I was spending on double entry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My big grouse is Kickserv is not offered for truck fleet management. It’d be wonderful if we could integrate the solution with Mitchell fleet maintenance concepts. Another drawback is you have to use the mouse a lot to work on the forms. This is an issue mainly on desktops and it doesn’t matter a lot if you use a mobile device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv resolves the issue of tracking our open tickets and not letting them appear in our accounting books. We create the job and opportunity tickets in the software and then easily integrate it with Quickbooks to enhance productivity.
