To submit design requests, all you need to do is send emails to request@kimp.io or use Trello, Kimp.io’s project management tool. In your request, you have to include all the needed details, like the format, size, orientation, colors, text copy, and inspirational designs. This reduces the errors in your designs and ensures that you get your desired results.
Dedicated Design Team
A dedicated team of professional designers will be working on your projects. This team is comprised of 3 graphic designers who have specialization in different types of designs you’re requesting. A project manager is also assigned to the design team who will supervise the execution of the design projects so that they will be completed on time and in compliance with your requirements.
The design team handles your design requests on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you are given the option to change the order of requests in the team’s queue, especially if you need to prioritize certain projects and tasks. Moreover, the platform shows you the estimated completion time for each design project, which depends on its complexity.
Design Review
Kimp.io allows you to review the designs created by the design team. You can review an average of 2-3 designs per business day. Again, this depends on the complexity of the design projects. If the completed designs require revision, you can inform the design team and send them all the revision details they need. You can also make an unlimited number of revision requests.
